Pumpkin Spice Creamer – The Real Deal

So the Pumpkin Spice obsession is in full swing and I know a lot of people are looking for a healthy alternative to what’s out there depending on their dietary restrictions .. So this recipe should work for both Whole 30 and for Keto depending on  if or what sweetener you decide to use. This is a fresh and creamy alternative to Store bought , and will transport you to the land of the pumpkin !  Enjoy

Pumpkin Spice Creamer

1-3/4 cup organic full fat coconut milk ( about a 14.5 oz can)

½ cup organic pumpkin puree

1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

1pinch sea salt (real salt)

2 pitted Medjool dates ((optional) for Keto add Sugar free sweetener to your liking)

1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract

Place everything in the blender , blend on high till everything is well blended  (3-5 minutes), smooth and creamy . Store in an air tight container for a week in the fridge if it lasts that long. Give it a good shake or a blend , I have a hand held frother that works great 🙂

To make the Pumpkin Spice Mixture .

3 tablespoons ground cinnamon

2 teaspoons ground ginger

2 teaspoons ground nutmeg

1 ½ teaspoons ground allspice

1 ½ teaspoons ground cloves

Mix together in an airtight container and store for up to 3 months

This is excellent in any baking you will do this Fall !
