L’Oreal Revitalift Bright Reveal Review

L’Oreal Revitalift Bright Reveal Review ~~ 1 month of use

The Bright Reveal is apart for the Revitalift family of products . The Bright Reveal Products use these 3 main ingredients to help give  your face a  brighter even skin tone and clearer complexion
  • Glycolic Acid: The smallest member of the Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) that is commonly used in skin peels in dermatologist’s offices. ( up to 10%)
  • Vitamin CG Acid: A stable derivative of Vitamin C that is activated by enzymes on the surface of the skin which stimulate ceramics and collagen.
  • Retinol: An active ingredient that stimulates cell turnover and fights the effects of photo-aging.

Over all I found that  I have a better, even skin tone .. I can’t say if I would call it brighter because I am pretty pale to begin with  But I did a little breakdown on the product in order of use  with some pros and cons for each .

L’Oreal Revitalift Bright Reveal Brightening Scrub Cleanser

I did like this .. I enjoy a good scrubby feeling on my face .. I’m lucky that my skin can handle the exfoliation  but if you have sensitive skin it might not be the best route .. I like how clean my face feels , the makeup that I ware during the day has been completely removed .. my only negative about this is the little scrubbing pearls have gotten in to my eye and have been a trouble to get out so you have to be careful washing it off that  you rinse even more around the eye

L’Oreal Revitalift Bright Reveal Brightening Peel Pads

Textured pads pre-soaked with 10% Glycolic to exfoliate for immediate brightening results is  what the website promises .. There is 30 of these pads and I don’t use them every night but   I have noticed a more even skin tone over all , They make good work of catching any dirt that the cleanser did not get .there is a little sweet  alcohol smell that comes from these but you don’t use it long enough for that to be a problem .. Just be wary of this if you have any done any extractions or a small cut as it could sting  .. these could come in a much smaller package though

L’Oreal Revitalift Bright Reveal Brightening Dual Overnight Moisturizer

I’m not a huge fan of this .. I find it very sticky on my skin even if I use a very little amount .. the pump hardly ever distributes the same amount of each product .. you have to be dead center or you get too much of one .. the packaging is ridiculous  you don’t need a big tube to show you your only getting 2 small tubes of product ..a smaller package should be how you go, Maybe I would get  more on my finger and not the bottle as well  ..

L’Oreal Revitalift Bright Reveal Brightening Daily Lotion SPF30

I don’t mind this one as much as the overnight  lotion , This still is a little sticky but no were near the other .. the packaging makes for easier use as well .. I  don’t put a lot of this on my face to prevent it from  not absorbing and I don’t use this around my eyes ..  but this for me is pretty meh .. I  liked it when I started using this a month ago but not it’s just another product on my shelf to be honest

I think of the 4 products that were provided to me that I will keep with the cleanser .. I do make my own cleansing balm that gives me the best results  (See Here for  Cleansing balm info ) but this is good when you need a good scrub … or when I’m lazy and just want to go to bed hah .. The packaging is a problem for me everyone is all about less waste and being cautious of their foot print  and I really looks like L’Oreal does not care about stuff like that  in particular the  night moisturizer and the pads , They should really look at that .. I really lucked out researching  and making my own cleanser and toner .. I do still however use a real moisturizer and  sunscreen
I was not financially compensated for this post. I received the Bright Reveal Skincare Collection from Influenster and L’Oreal for review purposes only. These opinions are my own
