Cupcake Lasagna

So everyone loves a good Pinterest recipe or Idea . I found a Lasagna Cupcake last January and I knew I had to try it .. It was great . Its super simple to make doesn’t take long and totally customizable to taste.

Ingredients :
Spaghetti sauce  ( I make my own meat sauce  )
1 Package of won ton wrappers
1 small container of ricotta cheese
Shredded cheese
Herbs and Spices to taste ( I’m lazy I used Mrs. Dash)
What to do :
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
Take the won ton wrapper and rinse off the corn starch that’s probably on it
Place won ton wrapper in to the cupcake pan
Place a spoon full of spaghetti sauce in each wrapper
Mix your spices and ricotta cheese together
Place a small spoonful of ricotta on top of spaghetti sauce

place another won ton wrapper on top of each and  put the sauce and ricotta on top of it
cover the tops with your shredded cheese

Place in oven for 12-15 min .. keep an eye on it when it starts to get golden brown it’s about a minute away

Let it cool a little bit so you don’t burn your mouth ( Trust me NOT FUN )

So now all you need to do is make a small salad to go with it and you have a lovely little meal that freezes well so you can make a bunch ahead of time toss them in a toaster over till the cheese is melted and enjoy 🙂
With your left over cheese and sauce you can make little two bite lasagna popper for appetizers .. Just make sure to cook it for 8 minutes or until golden brown
