My Go to Salad for dinner .. Can’t really go wrong .. its quick and simple and Very Filling ..
Goes well as a side or As the main dish . This will definitely leave you full and Satisfied .
5-10 Cherry Tomatoes ( I use San Marzanos)
Small bunch of Chives and Basil
Pinch of Salt ( I use Himalayan Pink Salt)
1) Cut up all the vegetables and add them to a bowl
2) Cut up the herbs and set aside
3) Mix the bowl together letting the Avocado become soft and “dresses” the salad
4) Add the salt and herbs to the top
