2 Egg Muffins : These are so simple .. scramble up some eggs with some HWC and then add veggies , bacon,ham, cheese, herbs and bake in the oven .. your set for a quick easy breakfast  for the week

4 Bacon & Eggs : Simple and too the point  .. go crazy and add that cheese to the eggs

10 Breakfast Tacos : Think Taco Bell naked tacos!! make a taco shell out of a thin egg crepe then fill that badboy with bacon sausage more eggs cheese avocado .. if you make a big enough  taco you can fold it into a burrito for easy on the go  meal
11 Stuffed Avocado :  Scoop some out and pop in an egg and bake till cooked  ( add bacon and cheese)
